AlignAgency provides consulting services related to artificial intelligence alignment and deployment. We do not guarantee specific AI performance outcomes, model accuracy, or business results. AI systems involve inherent uncertainties, and clients are responsible for validating outputs before production use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlignAgency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlignAgency from claims arising from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through your use of our services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any service agreement for a period of three years.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation in Montreal, Quebec.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or critical infrastructure failures.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
